Recent Past Projects in Cadillac
These are two projects started/developed and sold.

Cadillac Lofts-Oleson Block
Sold prior to development
Originally set to be purchased from the Olson Family. The initial due diligence work was completed and two tenants identified with Letter of Intents by Munger Ventures. MEDC requested that the project to be used for Market Rate Apartments. MEDC suggested use was a better option to help the revitalization and was going to be a partnership agreement with the current developer. After further analysis this project didn't fit Munger Ventures future investment goals. The option was sold to the current developer.
412 N. Mitchell
Revitalization Project with MEDC
This property was purchased at the State tax sale. The original goal was to tear the building down because it had become condemned and an eye soar to the community. Once it was determined that the core structure was in good shape another plan emerged to do a extreme makeover. After two tenants leased in the beverage industry it was determined that it didn't fit into Munger Ventures long term investment goals. The building was sold with Munger Ventures providing seller financing.
